List of blocks in Mario & Luigi: Brothership

In Mario & Luigi: Brothership, Mario and Luigi can collect coins and items from floating blocks -- all throughout the Concordia. There are 2 distinctive types of blocks found in the game:

? Block: The basic yellow one, can be striken at any time by anyone.
Special ? Block: Rectangular ? Block. After the initial ? Block has been struck, it shows a pattern of 4-8 M and L Blocks, then they turn to 4-8 ? Blocks and must be struck in the same pattern to get the item hidden in the initial ? Block. Compared to the normal ? Blocks, there are only few of the special ones, with 9 in total.

There are a total of 545 Blocks to be found. This page shows the locations of each one and how to get to them. Smahl Islet in Lushgreen Sea, Dinkee Islet in Color-Full Sea, Bitsi Islet, Compac Islet and Petit Islet in Brrrning Sea and Cozee Islet, Daintye Islet, Mynor Islet and Teensi Islet in Gulchrock Sea do not have any visible blocks at all.

Additionally, two ? Blocks in Lushgreen Sea, Great Lighthouse Island and four ? Blocks in Color-Full Sea, Great Lighthouse Island found inside the passageways are missable after the player inserts both plugs into the sockets in front of the big gate. Even if one of the plugs is inserted, it can still be removed from a socket and be placed elsewhere, but both cannot be removed once they are inserted. Finally, ? Blocks in the main area of Bowser's Castle on Wayaway Island, Fortress Zokket, and the illusory Mushroom Kingdom in the Soli-Tree are missable, as these areas cannot be accessed again.

Mushroom	In the northeastern corner of the eastern offering area, accessible by using the seesaw.
Nut	In the north of the eastern offering area, accessible by launching Luigi into the air with the seesaw. Luigi automatically collects the contents of this block after landing.
Mushroom	In the southeastern corner of the western offering area.
Five Coin, Five Coin	In the eastern part of the lighthouse area.
10-Coin	NOTE: Following 3 blocks can be obtained after linking the island. At the start of the part accessible via the first Connectar Flower.
1-Up Mushroom, 5 Coins	At the part accessible via the second and the third Connectar Flowers.
Five Coin, Five Coin	NOTE: These 2 blocks can be obtained after getting the Hammers. After making Luigi hammer the L Button in the village area and then crossing the drawbridge, found to the south of said bridge.
Coin	NOTE: Following 5 blocks can only be obtained after Gorumbla destroys the island. In the part of the island accessed by the drawbridge lowered by the M and L Buttons, in the middle of the southwestern detour.
10-Coin	In the part of the island accessed by the drawbridge lowered by the M and L Buttons, at the eastern end of the ledge that goes through the part.
Mushroom, 3 Coins	In the part of the island accessed by the drawbridge lowered by the M and L Buttons, in the northeastern area, in the northeastern corner.
Refreshing Herb	In the part of the island accessed by the drawbridge lowered by the M and L Buttons, at the western end of the ledge that goes through the whole part, next to the Connectar Plug.

Raynforst Island[edit]

3 Five Coins, 3 Five Coins	NOTE: Following 9 blocks can be obtained after linking the island. In the north of the part accessible by the first two Connectar Flowers.
Mushroom	In the middle of the part accessible by the second set of Connectar Flowers.
5 Coins, 1-Up Mushroom, 5 Coins	At the end of the part accessible by the second set of Connectar Flowers.
HP Gloves	At the end of the part accessible by the Connectar Flower found north of the shopkeeper.
Syrup Jar, 10 Coins	In the part accessible by the Connectar Flower found closest to the lighthouse.
Super Mushroom	NOTE: Following 3 blocks can be obtained after Chilliam and Burnadette announce their wedding. In the Blue Rafflesia area, northeast of the first elevated ground.
1-Up DX	In the Blue Rafflesia area, above the first elevated ground, accessible by using Ball Blitz on the ramp below.
10 10-Coins	In the Blue Rafflesia area, above the elevated ground in the southwest. Reached by using the Ball Blitz on the ramp in the southeast, then using the trio of Bouncy Blooms and finally a moving platform.

Twistee Island[edit]

So-So Hammer	NOTE: If Twistee Island was visited before Rayforst Island, this ? Block requires the Hammers to be accessed. In the center of the second circular area found between the stage and the forest.
5 Five Coins, Nut	NOTE: Following 3 blocks can be obtained after linking the island. In the part accessible by the second set of Connectar Flowers, at the end of the upper part.
1-Up Mushroom	At the end of the part aaccessible by the third set of Connectar Flowers.

Florall Island[edit]

Mushroom	There are three paths near the beginning of the island. This block is found at the start of the eastern path.
1-Up Mushroom	In the northeastern corner of the eastern path.
Syrup Jar	At the end of the eastern path.

Syrup Jar	In the lower part of the start of the western path.
Mushroom	At start of the dead-end part of the western path accessed by the bridge of the hard-shelled Connectar Flowers.
Mushroom, 5 Coins	After crossing the last hard-shelled Connectar Flower bridge, Bros. reach a hill with the lighthouse on top, made from multiple layers, each accessible by Bouncy Blooms. These 2 blocks are found to the west of the entrance of the bottom layer.
Nut	At the western end of the bottom layer.
10-Coin	At the western end of the middle layer.
Syrup Jar	At the end of the detour layer found between the bottom and middle ones.
3 10-Coins	On the top layer, southwest of the lighthouse itself.
Syrup Jar, Nut	NOTE: These ? Blocks can be obtained after linking the island. In the part of the western path accessible only with the normal Connectar Flowers.

1-Up Mushroom	Outdoor: Above a small building connected via a walkway. To reach said walkway, Bros. need to reach the green building in the northeast, then head south until they reach wooden stairs and wooden ramp west of them.
Super Mushroom	Residence (green building): On the first floor, at the end of the part accessbile by the stairs found in the northwestern corner of the second floor.
Syrup Jar	Residence (green building): On the first floor, at the end of the part accessible by the first hole found on the second floor.
5 Five Coins	House (blue building): In the southeast of the lower part.
Super Nut	House (blue building): Above the metal scaffolding found in the south of the lower part, reachable only with UFO Spin.
5 Five Coins, Knockout Hammer	Outdoor: At the dead end found in the northwest of the town.
